Research is key in learning what skills are needed to overcome gender inequity and through the initiative we are looking at a number of different ways to provide educational opportunities—to help fundraisers develop those skills.

Being a male ally is recognizing the inequality that exists between genders/sexes and actively taking steps towards and standing up for issues that affect women. AFP’s new one-pager provides some initial ideas with more guidance coming in the near future.
